Terms Of Service

Terms And Conditions 

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Scrub & Stuff LLC ("Company") and govern the rights and responsibilities of both the Company and the Client.

  1. Payment:

    • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

    • Payment Due: Payment in full is due on the day of service.

    • Payment Methods: We accept payment by cash, check, or credit card. A 3% processing fee may apply.

    • Credit Card Information: Credit card information may be collected to ensure payment for our staff.

  2. Service Changes:

    • Scheduling: Changes to the scheduled cleaning day or time must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee of $50.00.

    • Scope of Service: Changes to the agreed-upon cleaning services must be communicated in writing and may result in adjustments to the service fee.

    • No-Shows and Access Issues: If the client is a no-show or if the cleaning team cannot access the property for reasons beyond the Company's control, a cancellation fee of $50.00 will be applied.

  3. Cancellations:

    • Notice Required: Cancellations of service require at least 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee of $50.00.

  4. Service Guarantee:

    • Our Commitment: We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our cleaning service, please notify us within 48 hours of the service, and we will re-clean the affected area(s) at no additional cost.

  5. Client Responsibilities:

    • Clear Access: The client is responsible for ensuring clear and unobstructed access to the cleaning area during scheduled service times.

    • Pre-Cleaning: For deep cleaning services, the client may be responsible for removing excessive clutter or debris before the cleaning can commence.

    • Hazardous Materials: The client is responsible for disclosing the presence of any hazardous materials on the premises and ensuring their safe handling.

    • Pest Infestation: The client is responsible for disclosing any known or suspected pest infestations, including but not limited to, bed bugs, cockroaches, or rodents. The Company reserves the right to refuse service or adjust the service fee if infestation poses a health or safety risk to our cleaning staff.

  6. Service Contracts: For recurring services, a service contract is required, outlining specific terms, conditions, and pricing.

  7. Liability:

    • General Liability: The Company's liability for damages is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for any damages caused by pre-existing conditions, client negligence, or acts of God.

    • Valuable Items: The Company is not responsible for loss or damage to valuables or fragile items. We recommend clients take appropriate precautions for such items.
